All orders are shipped directly from our location in Malaysia. As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. Please note that tracking updates may experience delays during transit. If you have not received your order within 5-10 working days after receiving the tracking number (based on the table below), kindly inform us. Otherwise, rest assured that your order is en route and will be delivered to you soon.

Please note that there may be different delivery times for our ready stock items and customized apparels. For ready stock items, please refer to the table below for estimated delivery times.

For customized apparels, please visit the FAQ section on the customized apparel page to find an estimated delivery time. In the event of any delays in fulfilling orders for customized apparels, our customer service team will promptly inform you of the revised delivery schedule.

Estimate Delivery Time for Ready Stock Items:

West Malaysia: 5-7 business days

East Malaysia: 8-10 business days
